Welcome to biBLiOGraphy

February 02, 2010 - by Lois O'Neill

Welcome  to biBLiOGraphy, the Libraries' new blog. We are hoping to use this space to establish a dialogue with you, the Libraries' patrons. We want to hear from you—suggestions you may have about our website, our collection or our services. And we're hoping you'll share your thoughts about what you're reading that especially interests you. Check out President Scott's discussion of why he chose Airlift to America, a bookabout young African students who were brought to America to study, one of whom was Barack Obama, Sr.

We also want to use biBLiOGraphy to tell you about tools we're introducing (under 'New Stuff') like AU2Go, our new smartphone app, and AlicatPlus, our new Library Catalog that allows you to create your own tags. Look for info on resources you may not know we have (under 'Featured Databases') such as Black Newspapers, a collection of newspapers available on our 'Databases A-Z' list. We welcome your feedback about any of the above.

Thanks to Stan Bogdanov and the campus Web Team for helping us set up this blog.
