ABI/Inform Global/Dateline/ Trade and Industry (ProQuest): Provides access to 3,000 general and academic business periodicals, as well as local/regional business news and trade/industry publications. Also contains strategic information on 60,000 companies and product information. ABI Inform
Business Source Premier (EBSCO): Provides full text for more than 8,500 scholarly journals and business periodicals. Also includes company and industry profiles from Datamonitor, and country and economic reports from EIU and Global Insight. Business Source Premier
Standard and Poor's NetAdvantage: Provides online access to S&P's Industry Surveys, Company Profiles, Stock Reports, Corporation Records, and The Register of Corporations.  Use this database for business and investment information for 13,000 publicly held U.S.corporations and for the comprehensive overviews of major U.S. and global industries.Standard and Poor's NetAdvantage
Mergent Online: Contains information updated daily on over 15,000 U.S. companies and 20,000 international companies.  Use this database for the past 15 years of detailed financial company statements, historical stock pricing dating back 30 years, and historical information on mergers and acquisitions.Mergent
LEXIS/NEXIS Academic Universe: Use for full text coverage of general news, business, legal, and governmental topics, most from 1970 on.  Coverage includes current news and press releases which are important for information about small and privately held companies.  Also includes SEC filings and annual reports. Bios

Professor Eloise Bellard is the Instructional Services Coordinator/Reference Librarian specializing in Social Work and Sociology research. She enjoys skiing, tennis, golf and a good read.

Stan Bogdanov is the Library's Instructional Multimedia Specialist. His interests encompass anything from new technologies and mobile apps to movie-making and singing.

Professor Gary Cantrell is a Reference Librarian and subject specialist for the Performing Arts. He enjoys singing with the AU chorus.

Professor Amrita Madray is the Education/Reference Librarian. She loves the summers and enjoys tropical scenes and delights.

Professor Lois O'Neill is Electronic Resources/ Reference Librarian and chair of the Library Web Committee. A graduate of Adelphi's MFA program, she also writes poetry.

Frank Scaturro is an Adelphi Library Systems Administrator by day and a hard core tennis player by night.

Professor Debbi Smith is the Library's Collection Development and Management Librarian. When not at work, she sews quilts and clothing, or is traveling and taking many pictures. And READing!

Professor Linda Weinberg is the Coordinator of Cataloging and subject specialist for Nursing and Health Studies. She enjoys a morning walk before beginning her work day.
